So glad we found this hidden gem! Best Bloody Mary and michelada to cure a hangover and Sunday football on multiple screens with multiple games. Family owned for 40 years. Hard to find places like these in the bay. Great stop on the way to a game if you're passing through.
Good chill place and I enjoyed my time there. I want to go back when they have karaoke and see what it's like, I think the first time I stopped by kinda early.

We went looking for a place to play pool on a Sunday night and stumbled upon Gallagher's. I loved that it wasn't crowded, the pool tables and cues are in good shape and the tables are quarter operated. Food wasn't horrible but we had a few drinks so didn't matter, cool vibes from a chill dive bar, we all had a great time and will be back.
If you want to ease into your day, stop in Gallager's from 10-2. Mosey around and look at what makes an Irish Pub. You might even get away with an Irish song or two on the jukebox. You don't have to impress anybody...just relax.

We only just found this place with our friends last Friday - right when we are moving out of the area!! Wah. This is the perfect "dive" bar but not really "dive" as in dirty/dark/filled with miscreants. This bar is filled with colorful characters, live karaoke, collection of Leprechans, couple playing Lord of the Rings card game at the next table and nobody giving them shit, The waitress could not have been sweeter, keeping us lubricated with chardonnay and Guiness. (not together) The karaoke regulars were SO talented - many had exceptional voices and the ones that didn't were so earnest that we applauded them louder. They all had their obvious favorite Go To songs and they sang them magnificently. This is exactly a place we would have loved in college, especially the pool tables. But I don't think they would let you use them during karaoke.
I'm back for another round of karaoke on a Thursday night. The bar is lively and fun, as always. Such good vibes except for the girl in the black hoodie vaping... smh... a bit disappointed that they didn't address the girl vaping indoors... No... a lot disappointed. But I love this bar so much that I refuse to dock them a star. My favorite nights are the nights when KJ Richie Rich and Eric is working. KJ Richie Rich is such a sweet and kind DJ. And Eric, the bartender makes the best drinks! Plus, he's super sweet too :) This is our go to on Thursday nights when the karaoke mood strikes...
